Follow the Julio Foolio Shooting Trial — State of Florida v. Alicia Andrews

The murder trial of defendant Alicia Andrews of Jacksonville rapper Julio Foolio is now being heard in Hillsborough County Court.

A group of armed men allegedly opened fire, fatally shooting the rapper and leaving three others hurt.

Andrews is charged with first-degree murder and murder conspiracy.

Investigators have presented digital evidence that they say connect her to the crime. This includes Instagram messages and videos recovered from her online accounts.

Her defense attorney argues that she was unaware of the shooting. The defense says she was just on a trip with her boyfriend.
